Our website uses cookies and similar tools to make the site work, understand how people use it, and measure and improve our advertising. These may include analytics tools, advertising pixels (for example Google and Meta), call tracking, and our website platform's own tracking.

PART 2: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms explain the rules for using our website and the basics of how we work with you when you request an inspection, estimate, insurance claim help, or roofing services. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request our services.

1. Who We Are

Titan Roofing Pros LLC ("Titan Roofing Pros," "Titan," "we," "us," or "our") is a Georgia roofing contractor that provides roof inspections, roof repair, roof replacement, storm damage restoration, and insurance claim documentation support.

We are a woman-owned business serving homeowners and property owners across Georgia.

2. Using This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form

Try to break, hack, or interfere with the website or its security

Copy, scrape, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission

Use the website to harass, spam, or harm anyone

We work to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is general information only.

Pricing examples, timelines, and payment amounts shown on the site are estimates for illustration.

Your actual price and timeline will be set out in your written estimate and contract.

3. Free Inspections and Estimates

Our basic inspections and estimates are free and come with no obligation to hire us; Unless a contract has been signed

An inspection is a visual assessment of your roof's condition on the day we visit.

It is not a guarantee of future performance or a structural engineering report.

Estimates are based on what we can see and measure at the time. If we open up your roof and find hidden problems (such as rotted or damaged decking, structural issues, or previous bad repairs), the price may change.

We will tell you before doing any additional work, and additional work requires your written approval.

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless the written estimate says otherwise. Material and labor costs can change after that.

4. Insurance Claim Assistance: What We Do and Do Not Do

We help homeowners document storm damage and understand the claims process.

Here is what that means and what it does not mean.

What we do:

Inspect your roof and document visible damage with photos and measurements

Provide documentation and estimates you can share with your insurance company

Meet with your insurance adjuster at your property when you ask us to

Answer questions about roofing scope and materials

What we do not do:

We do not guarantee that any claim will be approved.

Your insurance company alone decides whether to approve a claim, how much to pay, and whether to reverse a denial.

Results described on this website reflect past experience and do not predict your outcome.

We are not your insurance agent, public adjuster, or attorney.

We do not give legal advice or insurance coverage opinions. We cannot interpret your policy for you

in a legal sense or negotiate your claim as your legal representative. If you want that kind of help,

you can hire a licensed public adjuster or an attorney.

We do not file false claims, inflate damage, or promise to waive, absorb, or rebate your insurance deductible.

Your deductible is your responsibility under your policy and Georgia law.

You are always free to choose your own roofing contractor. Your insurance company cannot require you to use us or anyone else.

5. Your Insurance Claim: Your Responsibilities

If you file a claim, you agree to:

Give your insurance company accurate and complete information

Report damage to your insurer promptly and follow the deadlines in your policy

Tell us truthfully about your claim status, prior claims, and prior repairs

Understand that you remain responsible for the full cost of the work if your insurance

company denies the claim or pays less than the contract price, unless your written contract says otherwise

Insurance payments often come in stages (an initial payment, then recoverable depreciation after the work is complete).

Timing is controlled by your insurance company, not by Titan.

6. Contracts, Pricing, and Payment

No roofing work begins until you and Titan sign a written contract.

The written contract controls over anything stated on this website, in an ad, or in a conversation.

Your contract will include the scope of work, materials, price, payment schedule, and warranty details.

In General:

A deposit or your deductible will be required before materials are ordered or work is scheduled

Insurance Jobs:

You pay your deductible as stated in your contract, and the remaining insurance proceeds are paid as they are received

Final payment is due when work is complete and you have done a final walkthrough

Late payments may be subject to interest or collection costs as allowed by Georgia law and as stated in your contract

Change orders (any change to the scope or price) must be agreed to in writing.

7. Financing

We may offer you the option to apply for financing through independent third-party lenders.

Please Understand:

Titan is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Approval, interest rates, and terms are decided only by the lender, based on your credit and application.

Payment examples on this website are for illustration only. Your actual rate, term, and monthly payment may be different.

Promotional offers (such as "same as cash" periods) have conditions set by the lender. Read the lender's full terms before you accept.

Financing is always optional. You are free to pay another way.

Your financing agreement is between you and the lender. Please review it carefully.

8. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Federal Trade Commission's Cooling-Off Rule, if you sign a contract for $25 or more at your home or at a location that is not our regular place of business, you generally have three business days to cancel without penalty.

Your contract will include a Notice of Cancellation form with instructions.

If your contract is tied to an insurance claim, you may also have additional cancellation rights under Georgia law or your contract.

Please read your contract carefully.

9. Warranties

Your roof may be covered by two types of warranty, as described in your written contract

Manufacturer warranty:

Provided by the shingle or material manufacturer (for example, Owens Corning) on the materials.

Terms, coverage, and registration requirements are set by the manufacturer.

Workmanship warranty:

Provided by Titan on our installation work, for the period and on the terms stated in your contract.

Warranties generally do not cover damage caused by storms or severe weather

(your homeowner's insurance is meant for that), lack of normal maintenance, work done by others after our installation,

alterations to the roof, or normal wear. Please read your warranty documents for the full details.

10. Scheduling, Weather, and Access

Roofing is weather dependent. We may need to reschedule for rain, wind, heat, or safety reasons.

Dates we give you are targets, not guarantees.

Material delays, permit timing, and inspections can also affect scheduling.

You agree to give our crew reasonable access to your property, including driveways, work areas, and, where needed, the attic.

Please tell us about anything that could be damaged by vibration during tear-off, such as wall hangings, attic items, or fragile belongings.

We take reasonable steps to protect your property, but we ask you to remove or secure valuables beforehand.

Please tell us about underground lines, sprinklers, satellite dishes, solar panels, or other items near the work area.

11. Property Owner Responsibilities

By requesting services, you confirm that:

You own the property or have the legal authority to approve work on it

You have told us about any HOA, historic district, or lender requirements that may apply

The contact information you give us is accurate

12. Communications Consent (Calls, Texts, and Email)

When you submit a form, call us, or request service, you agree that Titan Roofing Pros

may contact you about your request by phone, text message (SMS),

and email, including appointment reminders, estimates, claim updates, and follow-up.

Text messages (SMS):

By checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from

Titan Roofing Pros at the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any goods or services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop texts at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or call (404) 207-9189.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your phone number or text consent with third parties for their own marketing.

See the Privacy Policy above for details.

Email:

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of the email.

We may still send you service-related messages about an active project.

13. Reviews, Testimonials, and Project Photos

Reviews and testimonials on this website reflect the experiences of the individuals who gave them. Your experience may be different. Results depend on many factors, including your policy, your insurance company, and the condition of your roof.

If you give us a review, photo, or testimonial, you allow us to display it on our website and marketing materials.

We will not publish your full address or sensitive personal details without your permission.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, photos, and design, belongs to Titan Roofing Pros or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for your personal use.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content for commercial use without our written permission.

15. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may link to other websites, such as financing lenders, review sites, or social media.

We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This website and its information are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law:

We make no promises that the website will always be available, error free, or secure

We are not responsible for losses that result from your reliance on general information on this website

Titan's total liability to you for any claim related to this website is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything, for the services at issue

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to this website

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under your written contract or any rights that cannot be limited under Georgia or federal law. Our liability for the roofing work itself is governed by your written contract and applicable law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for any claims or losses that result from false information you give us or from your misuse of this website.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules.

If you have a concern about our service, please contact us first at (404) 207-9189 or [email protected]. We want a chance to make it right, and most issues can be resolved with a conversation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clayton, Georgia, and you agree to that location. Your written contract may contain its own dispute resolution terms, which will control for the roofing work.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Using the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not affect a written contract you have already signed.

20. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will stay in effect.
